Enhanced Recovery Systems Ltd is committed to managing the integrity of its operations and business activities in a responsible manner with due consideration to its personnel, shareholders, customers, partners, contractors/vendors and the communities and environment in which the Company conducts its business.
The Managing Director is accountable for the HS&E performance of the Company. It is the responsibility of all personnel who work for the Company to ensure that they manage HS&E issues in accordance with this Policy at all times.
Enhanced Recovery Systems Ltd are committed to complying with all HS&E and other legislation and regulations as a minimum and, where laws or regulations do not exist, applying responsible standards in relation to the Company's operations, including: |

- Maintaining a safe place of work for our staff and contractors and creating a positive HSE culture within which to work;
- Adopt technically sound and economically feasible controls that will avoid or mitigate negative impact of our operations on the environment;
- Regularly reviewing our HSE performance and introducing objectives and targets, where appropriate, to ensure continued improvement and the prevention of pollution;
